Food vendors (including trucks) please read important information below.

Set up times vary and are staggered to accommodate the
different vendor locations. Your set up time will be
emailed to you the week of the event.
This permit must be shared prior to the event.
We love having food trucks at our events! If you are interested in bringing your food truck to our event, please contact us at schertzcibolovendor@yahoo.com.
Located in the parking lot of the beautiful grounds at Schertz United Methodist Church. The trees offer shade throughout the day.

We have limited areas that vendors can plug in for their business or personal. Vendors must bring their own extension cord.

Vendors that need a bigger space for their pop up can request double spots for a discount.
$60 ($70 w/electricity access)
We have two indoor spots for vendors that have small pop ups. These are located inside the Fellowship Hall and do not have electricity access.

We have very limited indoor spots available for vendors that need indoors. These spots have electricity access and are located in the Fellowship Hall.

Vendors can request a particular spot for a fee of $5. Requests are not guaranteed.
All vendors must complete an application for every month they wish to participate. This includes returning AND new vendors. Completing an application DOES NOT guarantee you a spot. Reservations are given in the order applications are received and also on the needs of the event. Only one vendor of any direct sales company will be given a spot. We also limit the number of vendors selling similar products (i.e. jewelry, wreaths, baked goods, etc).
Upon completion of an application, an invoice will be emailed to accepted vendors within 3-5 days. Vendors not accepted will receive an email stating why they were not accepted. Once our event has reached its maximum number of vendors, new applicants will be placed on a wait list.
Invoices must be paid in full by the due date shown on the invoice to reserve a spot. Vendors who neglect to pay in a timely manner will forfeit their reservation. Cancelled invoices will result in the vendor starting the registration process again.
Vendors are invited to join our vendors only Facebook group. An invitation will sent to new vendors. Important information is shared in our Facebook group.
Participating vendors will receive an email no later than the Wednesday evening before the event date. Vendors are required to read this information carefully so they fully understand expectations for unloading in the morning and loading in the afternoon. Vendors who fail to follow these expectations may not be invited to participate in future events.
