Booth Assignments & Zone Information is located below.

As per our policy, you are required to have 30 pounds on EACH leg! 

This is for the safety of YOU, your items, AND for people around you. 

We will go around and check weights. If we feel your weights are insufficient or you do not have weights, you WILL be asked to take your canopy down. 

IMPORTANT: Canopies must fit in your 10x10 space. Canopies with slant legs are not allowed.

 Times are staggered to allow vendors to unload near their booth area/zone. 

• Pay close attention to YOUR unloading times so that you allow yourself plenty of time to arrive and unload. Your unloading time frame is in the link below.
• Your unloading area will be blocked off when your zone's unloading time ends.
• If you unload during another zone's time, you are taking up vehicle space that is needed for vehicles in that zone.
• If you arrive AFTER your unloading time has ended, you must unload from behind the church. There are steps leading up to the vendor area.
• The area is all one way, so be sure to pay attention to what other vehicles are doing. The vendor map shows the vehicle one-way direction.
• Once it's time for you to unload, pull ALL THE WAY OVER TO THE RIGHT SIDE to allow vehicles to pass you on the left. 
• As you are unloading, if vehicles in front of you move up, you must also move up to keep the traffic flowing. 
• Unload FIRST before setting up your booth area. THIS INCLUDES PUTTING UP CANOPIES! 
  • Once you have unloaded your items AND removed your vehicle from the unloading area, THEN you can put up your canopy and begin setting up your booth. 
• THERE IS NO PARKING IN ANY PARKING LOT SPACES AT ANY TIME DURING THE UNLOADING PROCESS!
• If you have family/friends helping you with this process, and they are in a separate vehicle, THEY MUST FOLLOW THE SAME PROCEDURES.
  • It is YOUR responsibility to share this with them.

Vendors - and their family/friends that are staying during the event - are NOT to park in the gravel area OR ANY spaces on either side of the church Sanctuary and building!! THIS IS FOR CUSTOMERS!

• Since this will be a BIG EVENT, we ask that ALL vendors park ACROSS THE STREET in the shopping center parking lot so that there are more spots for customers.
• If you cannot park across the street, you may park BEHIND the church between the dumpster and Green Valley Road.

• Under no circumstance is a vendor to leave prior to 3:00! If there is an emergency, please discuss it with us first. 
• You are responsible for your own trash! Do not place your trash in the cans designated for customers. 
  • You may dispose of your trash in the church dumpster, located in the back of the church.
• Vendors are not to BEGIN packing up until 3:00. We ALWAYS have customers there until the end - sometimes even after 3:00!
• VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE VENDOR AREA PRIOR TO 3:30! We will have the area blocked off. 
  • At 3:30 - or when we see most vendors are ready AND there are no more customers - we will open the area for vehicles.
  • AT NO POINT MAY A VENDOR MOVE CONES/BARRIERS!! 
  • You are more than welcome to take items TO your vehicle, outside of the vendor area.
• Driveway vendors are asked to have their booth items OFF of the driveway by 3:30. Vehicles will not be allowed to drive through the driveway if there are vendors still set up. 
• Afternoon load up works EXACTLY THE SAME as the morning - ONE-WAY driving/loading.
